Doctor Who 47th Anniversary Twime Team Special

Sorry for the delay in letting everyone know what's going on, been majorly grumpy the last week due to wisdom teeth pain :(

So here's the plan!
Next Tuesday (23rd November) is the 47th anniversary of the very first episode of Doctor Who. To celebrate we're joining forces with the Twub Quizzers for a night of uber Doctor Who geekiness.

So at 6.30pm (GMT) we'll be watching and tweeting The Five Doctors (can you think of a better anniversary Twime Team?) and then at 8.30pm we'll have a very special Twub Quiz, so get revising ;)

I realise that it's quite an early start. I really hope that people can make it at that time. We just didn't want to be starting the Quiz too late. Please comment below if it's really a problem and we will try to work something out.

We'd really love it if you would stick around after the Twime Team to take part in the Special Doctor Who Twub Quiz. For those of you not familiar with Twub Quiz, it is a Twitter Pub Quiz. All the questions go up on twitter under the #twubquiz hashatag and you enter your answers on the website www.twubquiz.com . You can work in teams of up to 4 people. These can be people at home or twitter friends that you work with over MSN/google chat etc.

Hopeully you're all thinking "this sounds like a fantastic idea Nell, you're a genius"....ahem.....If not please say! This is meant to be fun and your opinions are much appreciated. Just seemed like a nice evening of Doctor Who-ness to celebrate the anniversary to me, but maybe I'm wrong! (I really hope not).

Please invite your friends/tweeps you think will be interested. The more the merrier.

NB: We will be watching the Special Edition of The Five Doctors. I know a lot of people have this on DVD so we'll ask people to cue it at the start and watch it this way. Obviously I realise that not everyone will have it so again please comment below if you do not own it on DVD and I'll let you know....ummmm....how to get around this....shhh :P
